I am always amazed at how efficient the office personnel is.

Dr lian actually listened when I told him about my impingement nerve in my leg, he took me seriously and was able to correctly diagnose as my right side nerve was being impinged by the pelvic bone. He was kind and friendly.

She is fast and thorough at the same time
She has answered my questions about a spinal cord stimulator and made it seem not so bad. She renews my meds on time and has not treated me like a med seeking addict. Some places treat everyone like they are addicts. These guys don't. Gabriela Maryinez is very nice and understanding

I have had good experiences with Dr. Thomas and his staff. Dr. Thomas really takes the time to explain things and listens to my concerns and questions. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas for anyone with back issues.

Some of the young ladies in the front desk were obviously absent to school the day they were being taught how to properly address people. Instead of using proper terms such as; sir and ma'am, these uneducated girls refer to patients as; mister and miss. It’s quite annoying hearing today’s youth lack of discipline.
There is absolutely nothing in this world that is perfect, however, Dr. López, Dr. Lian and NP Martinez are amazing people, with extreme sincerity in the care of their patients needs. The majority of their staff are too, very attentive to patient needs and concerns and they all treat you with the highest levels of respect!
With the exception of the initial signing in process and occasionally dealing with one or two annoying uneducated, undisciplined girls, the standard of treatment is 10 out of 10! Dr. Lopez and his team are an incredible asset to the city of El Paso!

Dr. Lopez understands the situation I have dealing with extended complications of wound care. They help me to maintain a quality of life where I can accomplish daily tasks that would be more difficult to do otherwise.
