My arms were numb and I had horrible pain in my neck and couldn’t lift my arms all the way up, He’s calm and he stays with it until he can remove the pain . Thank you so much Dr. Thomas

Nice people. 1.5 hour wait to be seen for a scheduled appointment and that’s just to get to the room where they take your blood pressure.. expect another 30-45 minutes in that room…
As far as my nerve block procedure - I left more sore than i came and that pain from the procedure lasted 4-5 days after it was administered.
I was also told i would he sedated and upon arrival i found out the “sedation” I took, that required me arrange a driver, was just anxiety medication that was LOWER than what I’m already prescribed which they already knew.
I had done this with out seds each time and thought why not this time but it made no differnce.
So disappointed
Unfortunately i can not change locations, so i will cross my fingers for a better session next time.
Give them the benefit of the doubt, they’re nice people just not great with scheduling and such.

Dr Thomas is very professional, polite and takes his time to explain each step by step before each injection/block. The front desk young lady was very professional and polite Would definitely recommend Dr. Thomas and West Texas Pain Institute been coming over a year and no complaints.
